This license is an agreement between you and AxioLogic GmbH ("AxioLogic")
about the software AxioLogic Contained Agents in the version it comes with:
the installer and the archive, the programs, the agent definitions, the
examples and the documentation (together the "Software"). By installing or
using the Software you accept this license. If you do not accept it, do not
install or use the Software.


1. What you may do

   a) Use. You may install and use the Software free of charge, on any
      number of computers and for any lawful purpose, privately or at work,
      in an organization of any size.

   b) Share. You may give copies of the Software to others free of charge,
      for example by e-mail, on a data carrier or for download, provided
      that
        - you pass on the installer or the archive exactly as AxioLogic
          published it, complete and unchanged, together with this license;
        - you charge nothing for the Software or for passing it on; and
        - you do not present the Software as your own or as made together
          with you.
      Whoever receives a copy receives it under this license, from
      AxioLogic.


2. What you may not do

   a) Sell. You may not sell, rent, lease or license the Software, charge
      for copies of it or for passing it on, or offer it as part of a paid
      product or service.

   b) Bundle. You may not include the Software in other software packages,
      distributions, collections, installers, images or app stores, nor
      deliver it together with another product, unless AxioLogic has agreed
      in writing.

   c) Modify. You may not modify, translate or adapt the Software or create
      works based on it, nor remove or change its copyright notices, its
      license or its names. You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise
      reverse engineer the Software, except where mandatory law allows it.

   What you create with the Software is yours: the sandbox definitions you
   write or export, the logs it records and the work your agents do. This
   license puts no restriction on it.


3. Third-party software

   The Software contains open-source components. Their licenses are
   reproduced in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt, which comes with the Software. For
   these components their own licenses apply, and this license does not
   limit the rights they give you.

   The Software works with software it does not contain: Docker Desktop or
   Docker Engine, and the AI agents (for example Claude Code or Codex) that
   it downloads from their makers when you choose them. The terms of their
   makers apply to them, and to the AI services the agents use with your
   keys.


4. No warranty

   The Software is given to you free of charge and as it is. AxioLogic gives
   no warranty that it is free of errors, that it suits a particular purpose,
   or that its isolation and its logs prevent or record every action of an
   agent. You decide which folders and servers an agent may reach, and you
   are responsible for that decision.


5. Liability

   AxioLogic is liable only for damage it causes intentionally or through
   gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded to the extent the law
   allows, including liability for lost data, lost profit and indirect
   damage. Liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as product
   liability, remains unaffected.


6. End

   This license ends automatically if you break it. You must then stop using
   the Software and delete your copies of it. Sections 2 to 7 continue to
   apply.


7. General

   AxioLogic may publish later versions of the Software under other terms;
   the copy you have stays under the terms it came with. AxioLogic reserves
   all rights this license does not grant. "AxioLogic" and "Contained Agents"
   are names of AxioLogic; this license gives no right to use them, except
   to name the unchanged Software.

   This license is governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-laws
   rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the
   International Sale of Goods. The courts at the registered office of
   AxioLogic GmbH have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection
   law of the country you live in remains unaffected.
