Visiting the website and downloading

Like every web server, the server of our hosting provider records technical data of each request: IP address, date and time, the requested page or file, and the browser's identification. This is needed to deliver the website and to keep it secure. The records are kept by the hosting provider for a limited time and are not combined with other data.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and loads nothing from other providers — no fonts, scripts or images from elsewhere.

The contact form and email

When you write to us, we receive what you enter: your email address, your name if you give it, your message, and for a bug report the technical details and a file if you attach one. We use this only to answer you and to fix the reported problem. The message reaches us as an email and is kept as long as the correspondence and the support for the reported problem require.

To stop the form being misused for mass messages, the server counts for one hour how many messages come from the same network address. It stores the address only in an irreversibly scrambled form (a hash) and deletes the count after the hour.

Please do not send API keys or other secrets — not in the message and not in attached files.

The software

AxioLogic Contained Agents runs on your computer and sends no data to us. Its sandbox definitions, keys, audit logs and chat history stay on your computer. The AI agents you run with it contact the services of their providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) under those providers' terms, and only the servers you allow.

Who else receives data

We do not sell or pass on personal data. Our hosting provider, simplehosting.ch in Switzerland, runs the web server and our mailbox on our behalf. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us which data about you we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing — write to contained@axiologic.ch. You can also turn to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you are in the EU, to your data protection authority.
